The first Good Chat was such a special night. An open and warm host facilitated a discussion where many people shared stories about men’s mental health. Hearing other men talk on the topic will surely break down the stigma and help men know it’s ok to go through a difficult time, and they don’t need to do it alone. After the event, a mate opened up about things he hadn’t spoken about before, which shows the impact events like this can have.
