Incoming Good Chats
To kick off 2026 - Join us and speaker, activist and all around humanity-hype-guy Ben Hurst at the Wolfpack Pub Queens Park. We’re talking about emotional literacy - what comes easily and what doesn’t when we try to express our feelings (and why). It won’t be nearly as buttoned up as it sounds. We want to see you & your mates there!
In strange times, community matters more than ever. @stroudtom and @danshrigley will lead our next mixed gender event on April 28 at The Arding Rooms! These two know about the power of building bonds with one another as the founders of Shoulder to Shoulder community. Free event - guys and girls welcome.
And we’re back 🤝 Join us and Heddway founder Luke Evans for our next mens only Circles event! Luke will be talking about his passion “mental fitness” and how to work out your mindset with optimism, focus and resilience. Alongside working with professional athletes and brands like Red Bull, Luke has also contributed to think tanks focused on supporting mental health within the GB Olympic and Paralympic systems.

For our second circles event, the inspirational author and mental heath advocate Josh Connolly lead the way.
He focused this chat on resilience and ways you can bounce back when life gets you a little down.
Resilience isn’t about “toughing” it out or being endlessly positive, it’s about learning how to move through the moment with acceptance, compassion, and connection with others.
Josh will talk about practical tools guys can use that help when times get a little rough like breath work, emotional insights and ways to cope with challenge.

It was not what I expected but just what I needed. Great place to chat casually about stuff I would never normally discuss with anyone, let alone other lads.

The first Good Chat was such a special night. An open and warm host facilitated a discussion where many people shared stories about men’s mental health. Hearing other men talk on the topic will surely break down the stigma and help men know it’s ok to go through a difficult time, and they don’t need to do it alone. After the event, a mate opened up about things he hadn’t spoken about before, which shows the impact events like this can have.

7–8.30PM
For our last Good Chat on the books for 2025 and heading into the pleasures - and pressures - of the holidays, it couldn't be better timed.
20 guys joined us for a mental health reset at the Wolfpack brewery on Lonsdale Road NW6 next Tuesday evening for a talk with Token Man founder & advocate Daniele Fiandaca - a pro on inclusion, diversity and unpacking masculinity tropes in the workplace and beyond.
This mens-only Circles event will break down what keeps men in a 'box' and what sets them free. It's going to be great to chat.
